Returns & Refund Policy
At ELIXEIRE LTD, we want you to be happy with any product you purchase, and if there is an issue
with the product you receive then we would like to hear from you.
In order for us to refund your purchase, we will need to inspect any products which are
returned to ensure that they are in a resalable condition, this means that products must be
unused and in the same overall condition as when you received it. Items must be returned to
us within 14 days from the date when the return was agreed.
We will inspect any returned items and determine whether or not you are eligible for a full
refund. We will endeavour to keep you updated on the situation. If a product is returned and
found to not be in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The original cost of
shipping will only be refunded if the product is found to be faulty.
